I'm happy with mine. Im 5'3
8 moI'm 6'2". I'm not unhappy with my height but I wouldn't mind being 6'0". Here's the thing. The world is made for a median person, male or female. Median height. Median weight.
Get too far away from that median and stuff doesn't fit. Life becomes harder.
- Countertop heights and cabinets become too high or too low.
- Cars become a tight fit.
- Train and airline seats are cramped.
- Furniture becomes uncomfortable or unusable.
- Clothing becomes harder to find in uncommon sizes.
There are sports cars I really wanted to own that I just couldn't fit into comfortably. In the military there are vehicles I was unqualified to operate because of my size. I got to drive an Abrams M1 tank a couple of times. It was horrible. Aircraft cockpits sucked for me.
I think being close to the median height and weight is ideal.

I'm good with that height.
We get what we get.
We'd best be satisfied with it.
What else can you do?

1.6K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Yeah pretty much. I'm 5'11 so without shoes but when I wear shoes, I'm over 6' tall so I can get along with the tall guys when I wear shoes & the short guys when I'm not. Best of both worlds. So without shoes on, my short homies don't have to climb all up on me just to get their daily cuddle ykwim

Lol thats social media talk

Yes and also bullying is them not you. They could have made fun of anything it says everything about them not you so evan if they bullied you for your looks it doesn't change anything.
- 8 mo
Ok, good for you

Never seen that man before.. really you are moral?😂

- 8 mo
So you a psychopath. Good to know. at least you are aware
- 8 mo
woah woah woah I don't even classify as a sociopath let alone a psychopath! At most I'm just an edgy doomer with an occasional god complex to cope with being a sub-5 in looks. I WOULD PET A PUPPY *even though that puppy could get yeeted into outer-space & depending on how it happens, I'd either giggle or feel indifferent*
- 8 mo
Yes exacly:) that last part says enough
Im 6'2 and its hard sometimes... but im getting used to it

Wow! Thats tall. Do you like your height or do you wish you were shorter?
- 8 mo
I see. Well I can see both sides to it. :)
Anonymous(30-35)8 moThere are pros and cons to being 6'3". I have scar on the top of my head from bumping it on so many things, it's virtually impossible to be comfortable on planes or in most public seating, and it's sometimes hard to find clothes in the right size. But for the most part I'm good with my height.
10 Reply1.4K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I'm not unhappy with it, but I could be like 6 inches shorter. It'd help when shopping for clothes.

I see. An "eh whatever" option would be needed haha
528 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I am - 6' - but as an amputee I could get it adjusted fairly easily!
116 Reply- 8 mo
What did you amputate and why?:(
- 8 mo
Below knee on the right - infected bone thanks to mismanagement in the UK - and part of my left foot after two accidents - stepped on broken glass in a public swimming pool about 7 months after I lost the right leg. The toe didn't heal so it was removed to prevent further loss, then last year while I was getting ready for my wife's funeral I stubbed my foot and broke a toe without realising (diabetic neuropathy) which was amputated a couple of weeks later (gangrene)
I can still count to 13 on my digits though 😂😂 - 8 mo
Wow! That gotta be painful 🫣.. isn't it nervous before you get it amputated.. any pain after surgery?
- 8 mo
I get phantom limb pain in the missing bits. I actually "feel" more now than I did before the amputation.
The neuropathies meant I didn't feel my feet for years, which was part of the problem. When you can break a toe but not realise that's bad!
The lower leg was amputated about 5 weeks after I woke up from a 3 month coma thanks to Covid that included full renal failure and cardiac and respiratory arrest. Basically I died - for 4 hours while the team ignored the WHO instructions and resuscitated me. I had five broken ribs from the CPR and they couldn't give me a full general anaesthetic because I was too weak, so I was sedated and given a local anaesthetic for the amputation itself. But when you know you were technically dead a month earlier, an amputation to save your life isn't such a big deal!
I credit surviving at all to having people on five continents praying for me. Medically there's no way I should have survived. - 8 mo
Wow. Im glad you are okay now but thats one hell of a story.
- 8 mo
Well still! I think the subject is interesting.
- 8 mo
You explain it well😃😂
- 8 mo
Thats cool! So sometimes you will actually "feel" where its now empty?:O
- 8 mo
"Cool" isn't exactly the right word. I get a nerve signal that actually is a misfire in either my brain or stump that tells me anything from "you're being tickled" to "your foot is clearly on fire". It's unnerving to get cramp in a foot that isn't there.
Fortunately I have a couple of meds I take that minimise the signal so I'm not in pain. I started wearing a pure copper bracelet too. Don't know why it works, but I've not needed opiates every day since ten days after I started wearing it. My guess would be micronutrients absorbed through the skin increasing my copper levels in my blood improving the nerve function, but I'm not certain. - 8 mo
Kinda interesting how much power our brain has

That's true. There was a placebo test done in the Korean war (I think) where painkillers had run out so they mixed sugar pills and saw huge numbers have pain and fever drop just because they believed they'd been given real morphine.
I know a guy got drunk on rum and coke the bartender wasn't putting rum in. The look on his face next day was brilliant. - 8 mo
Hahaha yeah thats funny (friend part).
I sometimes drake non coffee (taste and looks+smell like coffee but isnt+is caffeine free) just to tell my brain to get more energy and it works.. - 8 mo
Yes hahha it really is😅
