I enjoy the perks of being almost 5'2 but the downside is climbing in the kitchen and not being taken serious when angry..

I am 160 cm, have been living alone for a long time and always use the lower shelves, so reaching them has never been a problem.😅

The problem was when my brother and I lived together, he’d put some things on the top shelves and I had to wait before he’d wake up to take those things off.

I am taken very seriously when angry though.

I never thought much about my height, other than I’m fairly tall at 6’3” but like I told another poster, I think I’m already shrinking. Doesn't matter it ain't changing. I don't dislike my height but I do at times wish I was about 8 inches shorter just for the ease of clothes shopping. Big and tall stores are made more for big people and less for tall people.

6ft (183cm) and very content with it. Tall enough to be considered tall but not so big I stand out. I can reach most up high places and still fit semi-comfortably in smaller spaces.

She is weird. When I first met her she was really outgoing, and friendly. Over the top nice to me. Lead me to believe that maybe she actually liked me. As time went on, she slowly started to change. Now days she walks by me and never says a word. Sometimes when I'm talking to her, she will talk to me but never look at me when I am talking to her. She just fixes her eyes on the computer and doesn't look away. Monday of this past week, she walked by me and said, Hi, and said my name, but didn't look directly at me. Tuesday she walked fast past me and acted as if I wasn't even there. One time she told me that I'm hard to notice.

I'm a night janitor for a school. She is a teacher. We are both about the same age, and single.

I have told her she's beautiful on a couple occasions. I have told her she is a good woman. I have bought her some books, dvds. When she wasn't feeling well, I tried to give her some vitamin c cough drops. It is not the same as asking her out on a date, but I live on a 97 acre farm, and I told her she could come over and walk in the woods if she wanted. Seems to me that is showing some interest. But she continues to act the way she does. I never know when she is going to be friendly and caring, or when she is going to behave as if I don't exist. I'm scared to try and ask her out. Partly because she isn't very consistent with the friendship thing. One day I finally asked her, "are we friends?" She replied. "I guess, why?" I said, well it doesn't feel like it, and she wanted to know why. I couldn't figure out how to explain to her that the way she goes in and out with the friendship thing is what makes me wonder. I keep praying that God will do something about this. Sometimes I ask God to take her off my mind and heart. Other times I ask God to fix our relationship. I don't know what is best. She has infected my emotions.
