8 moAt home. I have a home gym. A pool. A weighted jump rope. And a mountain bike. I also run trails.
I can work out whenever my schedule allows. Day or night. No time wasted going back and forth to a gym. No waiting for equipment. No membership fees. No bullshit from Karen’s in spandex either trying to get attention or accusing me of looking at them.

I work out at home. I do pullups, dips, pressups and inverted rows. I have a weight vest to intensify the movements. I've also got barbell/weights for squats deadlifts, etc. I can't be doing with the gym and I have all my equipment at home.

8 moHome. However, a pal is wanting me to join him at the gym so I might start doing that as well. Granted, I also cycle (road and mountain) so I do that outside of the house as well unless it is snowing for raining. In which case it is on the trainer with Netflix :-p
10 Replyi used to go to the gym, when i was constantly moving and didn't own any gym equipment, now i mainly workout at home cuz i got everything i need at home and i enjoy having a space just for myself
20 Reply- At Vitalis Luxe Clinic, we believe the best place to work out is the one that fits your lifestyle and keeps you consistent. Whether you train at home or in the gym, what matters most is structured, effective exercise that supports strength, energy, and long-term health. Gym training offers access to professional equipment and heavier resistance, while home workouts provide flexibility and convenience. When paired with proper recovery, nutrition, and hormone balance, both approaches can deliver excellent results.
