Do you workout at the gym or at home? If you had a choice would you choose to workout at the gym or at home?

I get to at work, we have a pretty good gym and workout routine at the station, plus the job is or can be fairly physical most days.
It helps reduce injuries and adds to better performance while on a job.
Now the engine crews might break a nail working out, so they probably spend the day making sure that their hair looks good for the camera.

We make entry, locate the fire, do the rescues if any, ventilate, put the fire out and do the overhaul so the engine company can take all of the credit.

To this day I still cannot answer the question as to why I chose this field to make my career in.

In my personal view I think we all end up doing what we do because we are or feel called to do it whether we're completely aware of that or not.

At home. I never have an excuse to not workout when my gym is in my basement. It has everything need, has no dress code, and is open 24/7.

Since the quarantine I've been working out a home.

We've some gym equipment in the garage. Like the treadmill, exercise bike, dumbells, barbells, Kettlewell, weight bench, pull up bar and punch bag. Most of its his stuff but I do use the bike and threadmill a lot and most of what I do is yoga or pilates though I use some of the lighter weights and do squats and lungees. Dancing too.

I have to workout at the gym because I don’t have very much of my own equipment at home. I would honestly probably keep working out at the gym though even if I did have a good bit of equipment just because I like the gym atmosphere and I meet a lot of cool people at the gym.

Both but my home gym is very very small and used only when I am to lazy to get up to the gym.

Basically only have dumbbells, a bench and something to do pullups with.

For now, home. Calisthenics. I prefer home due to the convenience. I wouldn't be as consistent if I had to go to a gym & train.

I workout at a gym. I worked out at home during covid. I bought a Total Gym. It actually gives a good workout and it was easy on my aching shoulder

At home. We just got the last piece of equipment we've been wanting so we don't have any reason to go to a gym anymore.

Gym. Because I lift, it would be too expensive to set up a home hym. I would in the future but for now I like going to the gym - also to socialise
