definitely the gym. i feel more obligated to work harder at the gym because i drove all the way out there and i can't just go lay in my bed when i get tired lol. when i go to the gym i like to try out different things and work different muscles that i woudn't be able to do at home. i also like going with my boyfriend, he makes me push myself harder than i usally would.

Definitely home because I'm uncomfortable working out while other people watch me plus money doesn't motivate me it just makes me feel bad when I didn't go to the gym.
I have had bad experience with gyms because they talked me into buying protein powder because they told me it would help gaining weight and muscles. The most weight I gained was belly fat. It took some time to lose that. I left this gym after 1,5years of being there and I've never gone to a gym ever since.
I would find it much more convenient to work out at home as it would allow me to enjoy tv or music of my taste, and I could watch over a disabled relative. But the type of exercises I need require a cable exercise machine to strengthen muscles compensating for torn rotator cuffs, and I do not have room for that equipment.
I love spending my time in gym. Unfortunately not available for me at the moment so I do exercise at home. I'm personal trainer so it's ok also at home for me. However gym is way better as you have more options for different exercise. I don't skeep a day at least a stretching in the morning makes me feel amazing.

I work out at home & for mainly two reasons - I've had bad experiences in the gym which I can't shake of & I find it extremely tedious. Working out at the gym for me is a chore meanwhile yoga, walks, biking - heck even VR are pleasurable activities I do, which bring the side effects of a work out.
I have never been a gym fan but had a membership before Covid and used occasionally. I prefer to run outdoors to stay fit.
when Covid kicked in my girlfriend and I set up a small home gym and we haven’t been back to the gym sinceI have been training at home for the last 3 months. I plan on going back to the gym in a couple of weeks. I had some good results at home but I need to use some other equipment and shake up my workouts.
I do both but I crave being around a bunch of new people so I go to various gyms to work out and play racquetball and pickle ball.
I'd rather work out at home and I do that. I don't like going to the gym because I don't like exercising in front of people. I've realized it makes me kind of uncomfortable.
Can’t stand and never will be able to stand the gym. I rather workout at home or out in the fresh air where my pom can get his exercise in to.
we have a service that travels with us otherwise at home with a trainer or at Soul Cycle or Barry's Boot Camp
I train at home using this and it's crazy tough... but you decide on the intensity and resistance on-the-fly.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/9hbA_cpWCx4I do neither but if I had to choose, I would choose to work out at home.
I love going to the gym, all the hot people around me there are really motivating
I used to go to the gym, but now I'm working out from home and building my own home-gym
Gym. I've paid for it, thus I'm more likely to do it.
Gym. I don’t want many weights or a treadmill laying around my house.
I don't mine working out at home provided I'm alone. Currently I'm going on a walk for about an hr a few times a week.
Would prefer home. The gym is filled with selfish pricks that think someone else doesn't want to use the machines. 🙄
Well at home I won’t have anyone saying don’t do that you’re going to kill yourself no spot it’s all me but then again I wouldn’t Recommend my regime for everyone
I prefer gym cause I don't have fancy workout equipment at home
Going to the gym gets me more motivated. I have equipment at home
Home and outdoors, gyms are disgusting and weird. Sweaty instruments, screaming people, stupid instructors who are pimps for supplements, no thanks. I would rather do cycling or swimming, running to stay fit. I don't want heavy muscles.
It’s gotta to be the gym, I drove all the way over there. Better put in the damn work lol
