A mix of both. I find quieter times to go to the gym (partially because it's co-ed, partially because I'm not a fan of other people's BO). I'll use equipment that I can't set up at home for spacial reasons. But at home I do have a little daily workout routine that suits me.

At home because I don't like to be out in public especially around women unless it is at work in a workplace setting where I can focus on my job and have the option to tell management if one of my female coworkers is making it difficult for me to do my job.
I train at home. I never could stand gyms. Even when all I had was a set of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, I made due at home.
