Are flu shots helpful if you have no side affects?

I got a flu shot today and had no reaction at all, making me unsure whether it works.

In 2024, I was nauseous and dizzy and had hallucinations after the flu shot.

A flew shot gave my father a blood clot that blood clot led to a massive stroke and almost killed him. He now suffers from the effects of the stroke and it was not 100% proven to be the flew shot however his doctor, who gave him the flew shot, told him that is what he believed it was. Just saying really think about if its necessary or not, the flew would have came on he would have been ill and miserable, but he would have lived. Was that flew shot necessary? I have never gotten a flew shot and I never will because of watching my father have this stroke at the age of 7, and watching him struggle to regain his ability to function like a normal person. That flew shot took away so my of his life and even worse so much of his memory. It's really scary to think what a little flew shot could possibly do to your life. Just make sure you pay attention to what could possibly go wrong when deciding on things like this. ❤️

Ihave had years when I got a flu shot and got the flu anyway and I have had years when I got the shot and did not get the flu. I am not sure that it does anything.

The vaccine companies use prediction models for the most likely dominant flu strain. Sometimes they get it wrong.
