Based on your descriptions, you likely have a flu. A cold is typically restricted to headaches, coughing, sneezing and runny nose.
Fever, sleepiness, loss of appetite, and cold sweating (or sensitivity to temperature) are common flu symptoms. They are very very rare symptoms if you were to have a cold.
