every vegan I've come across has been extremely aggressive. again, the hyper excited neurons. Omega 3 from fish specifically is *essential*, and has been measured to decrease aggression by 25-30%. calcium from dairy decreases coronary artery calcification by 30%, there's also a ton of vitamin B2/riboflavin necessary for "growth and development" in milk, I'm not aware of any B2 in oats or any other unfortified plant food (again, showing plant foods are not the basis of a natural diet). some saturated animal fat increases cell rigidity and is associated with a longer healthier lifespan.
