I had my earwax removed 4 days ago through microsuction as I'm prone to wax buildup which I've had 3 times before no issues and it was fine the day I had it done but since my left ear has been louder than my right I took this picture does anyone know if there's possibly some sort of problem

I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get it checked
Buy such a thing in drugstore fill it with warm water and soap and try to soak and clean your ears inside. If this doesn't help go to ENT doc. Just don't put hard stuff in your ears like cotton swabs, you can make it worse. Warm water with soap is enough unless you're an Asian who have sometime stone hard ear wax pieces inside. In this case water needs lot longer.
Maybe you have small infection that causes over pressure in inner ear. In any case a specialist should take look on it if you don't have a cold and sniffles. Inner ear cancer isn't uncommon and hearing loss is one of the symptoms. This type of cancer is very often curable in early stages if it doesn't build up metastases.
