What is the worst pain you've ever experienced in your life?

For me, it was diabetic nerve pain. I was on 3000mg Neurontin per day at one time and it still did not stop the pain. Now my nerve endings are dead in my hands and feet and I feel numbness much of the time, so that's actually WORSE even though it feels better.

Second worst pain was a Kidney Stone.

Third worst pain was probably a broken bone from smashing the hell out of my foot as a teenager.

One night is about 2;55 am I was talking hard to god. .

I told myself this has to be the peak of the pain I was looking
Ar the clock. And I said , if this is the peak of it , then that big hand on the clock is gonna start going around the other way , and I gotta go all the way back to 2 am before it even starts to go away.

Now it was 2;58 I told my self fuck that at 3 am my pain is going to be gone i just totally relaxed. I said , take take me pain. I'm done with , i watched every tick, the second hand would make and just kept going into a deep state of relaxation, just letting all that pain go, because when you're in pain, you tense up. And that's what causes it to even react more , so I just totally relaxed in at three o'clock , a m all pain was gone i could not believe it. And I said, don't even think about it, don't Jinx yourself, I just kept telling it's gone, you're gone forever and I'd lay there for a good half an hour, kind of thinking it was gonna come back, but it never did I slept for good 4 hours and then when I woke up, the pain was there, but not like it was and I did it again, I just totally relaxed. Feel back to sleep and when I woke up there was no more pain\nBut it was unbearable , and i've been through hella pain

So nowadays , if I get some sort of pain , I just totally relax and just say , go for it , pain and go for it you can't touch me and the key is is do not tence up let the pain go, let it happen way. But don't tense and give it that room to thrive and throb , and if you can relax , it'll go away. Now, I've told people this before and they said, oh well, you weren't in pain. Let me tell you something I was in pain. I know what pain is, so I'm saying anybody that feels pain. Try this set your mind to it though. And just do it

1. Cracked tooth with infected root. Cracked the tooth in my sleep grinding my teeth, and insurance wouldn't pay a dime until a few months later, so I waited because there was no pain at the time other than slight discomfort but the inevitable happened. It ramped up to a constant pain that was like someone left a car alarm on in your skull all hours of the day and night. I couldn't even think straight. 2. Pneumonia. This nearly killed me. I used to work in a cesspool of sick children who loved to open mouth cough on me all the time. I would wash my hands until raw 20 times a day, but I still got every upper respiratory disease known to man. Then one day, I finally got the worst of it. After a few days of this ramping up, my entire chest was beet red. Every cough hurt like hell. There was so much intense uncomfortable pressure on my lungs like I just can't get comfortable or breath without severe pain. My back was in loads of pain from the pain of coughing as well, and I just could not sleep for days on end (I mean this literally). When I got in to the doctor, it was the first time in my life I had ever actually requested any type of pain medication that wasn't OTC. They gave me the strong stuff for sure and load of antibiotics. It took about a month to recover from the worst of it all, but I still had symptoms for like another month after that.

I was having a spot of back pain about 25 years ago, nothing major, just enough that I should get a little help with it and was JUST ABOUT to head out the door to my chiropractor. Mom & dad were out back for a few minutes and I was alone in the house. I was just about to step out of the dining room into the kitchen and then to the front door about 8 feet away when, all of a sudden my back went out on me and, I started heading for the floor but I knew that if I hit the floor, that'd make things much worse but, at the same time, trying to stand up would make it worse, too!! So, I shot both of my arms out to either side of me, one against the wall to my right and the other to a wooden coat cupboard on my left, to stop me from going down any farther and I just hovered there half way to the floor in EXTREME pain screaming and yelling for help!!!
My parents thought I'd left already but dad said he heard someone screaming so, they decided to come in and see if everything is okay. They found me floating there unable to move AT ALL and they both helped me get over to the kitchen table, about 5' away, so I could lay on it. It was a strong, sturdy table that helped me a lot with back trouble over the years!
The pain was so horrendous I spent the next several hours crying my head off!!! At one point, I settled down enough to call my chiropractor and ask for help. I literally told him, "Either cure me or kill me! I REALLY don't care which!!". And I MEANT IT!!! I've NEVER felt pain like that before or since!!! He just said, at this point, there's really nothing I can do for you.
At one point, I calmed down ever so slightly, tears still falling from my eyes. I was so exhausted from crying I started to yawn and BOY FUCKING HOWDY did THAT HURT!!! I had NO IDEA that my jaw was connected to my lower back!!!

About 13 or 14 years later, it hit me again but not QUITE as bad as before but, because the pain was so bad, I refused to shit for at least 4 or 5 days!! When I finally DID decide to let go, I felt like I was having a baby!!! It took FOREVER for that huge thing to come out of me and I was screaming my head off!!! I was STILL having back trouble but it was partially gone. Just enough, I thought, to keep my taking a shit from making it worse.

I had to have a tooth extracted when it was badly infected. The infection kept the anesthesia from taking its full effect. I felt everything and it sucked so bad that i had no idea how much work the anesthesia was doing until it wore off before i could get the pain pills prescription filled. I discovered that day that “blinding pain” isn’t a euphemism. I literally couldn’t see anything but bright white light.
Emotionally, the worst pain i ever felt was the time that i had to be the one to make the decision to take my father off of life support.

When i pulled my shoulder, it was so painful i had to hold my arm with my other arm when walking otherwise it would hurt like crazy not to mention i had to take showers with one hand for a few days because it hurt so bad. Even over a year later since i pulled it i still get some mild pain from time to time.

Sugar is causing damage to your nerves. Consider trying the keto diet to eliminate all sugar, talked about by these two doctors.

I'm already on a zero sugar diet. I have been for years. It doesn't work anyway. I haven't drank even one regular soda in 3 years and I never add sugar or salt to anything I eat. I eat about 1600 Calories per day, which predicts a weight of 160lbs, but i currently weight 227lbs. I have actually gained weight since going back on Zero Carb diet.

Yes, insulin resistance doesn't exist in the absence of sugar. In addition to known sugar, make sure all foods containing sugar or hidden sugar are out as well. The keto diet (as one example) does this.

Have a C-Peptide test done to make sure it hasn't become type 1 diabetes. This means your pancreas isn't functioning at all, but then there are other things they can do about that, and each improvement reduces nerve pain. Try an alternative medicine doctor, they have all sorts of things that help that palliative doctors don't do.

I don't have Type 1 and I'm not going to get Type 1. I'll stick to my doctor's advice, thanks. I have multiple compounding illnesses because apparently, I inherited every bad gene in my parents gene pool.
