Keep them SELVES more fit simply because they work in a doctor's office/hospital? No. Actually, the nurses and nurse aides in the medical office we use are rather rotund.

Nurses do a lot of walking if they are a ward nurse and most ward nurses not that fat. It is more the work not medical knowledge.
