- Cut back on fried foods. This one will be difficult for me because I love french fries.
- Maintain my current exercise routine.
- If I can afford it, re-join a gym.

Outside of that I'm working on ring dips. Soon will be at 20 ring dips. Then I will weight them up. I think 20kg ring dips for reps is a good basic level of strength.

Cook more, eat less takeout, avoid fast food, and walk at least a mile a day. I did get a gym membership but not gonna lie, it takes an effort to go and even more effort to go consistently.
Maybe it is easier of you start cooking? Fries made of potatoes instead of frozen one from the supermarket? I like French Fries and I make them in the Airfryer with less oil and when I cut the potatoes I won't cur so much as I would order *lol
