What should I do about my contact lenses now?

I've bought contact lenses 1 week ago and just openex their package yesterday. Before opening them, i washed my hands with activex antibacterial liqusoap and dried my hands with paper towel. Then i opened the new package and take the lenses out of them and put the lens inside of my palm. when I was trying to clean them with my finger, it started bubbling. and then I poured lens solution on it and put it in the case. then some hours later I got anxiety and I took the contact lenses out and poured the solution out of the cases put the new one after, and put the lenses inside back. when I was doing that my heart was soo fast and I got anxiety. now I'm scarred to put them in, what if I did something wrong what if my hands weren't sterile enough... they have been sitting in the last solution I put for 16 hours now... should I give them a try on my eyes?

Your hands weren’t sterile, but you washed them properly, which is enough for safe lens handling. You don’t need sterile hands, just clean and dry, use fresh lens solution, and store the lenses in a clean case, the risk is very low. Avoid using old or reused solution, and never put lenses in your eyes if they’ve dried out. If you want extra peace of mind, rinse them again with fresh solution and let them soak for a few hours before wearing. Safety first, but don’t worry too much, proper hygiene is usually enough.

If you're feeling that something is off about those particular lenses you bought then don't use them. Open a new pair.

Unless you are in a third world country it's enough to rinse your hands with tap water and the lenses with saline solution (apart from the nightly cleaning solution, of course).
