I know it's best to ask a doctor but I only have to go back at the end of the year to make another test because I have no symptoms I only got the vaccination to reduce the risk of infection with more variants.. I know it doesn't matter and won't change anything and he said most people get HPV at some point in their life but getting tested positive for 3 variants at once just makes me feel bad

Yes, there are 120 types of HPV virus + lot of unknown mutations. There are is vaccination available for women it's called Gradsil and Stillgard. It's shall immunize against specific types of HPV virus which increase risk of uterus cancer but not all of them. This immunization lasts just for few years.
When you get in a public swimming pool I assure you get contact with dozens of thousand viruses which need skin contact and some of them are HPV.
Everything on this planet wants to kill you and you will die at some point. What matters is having a good time until this happens.
Yes I got the vaccination now to prevent further infections with different variants but of course it won't help against anything that I caught already (16, 31, 52). I don't get any treatment because I have no warts and the body should be able to clear the infection within 1-2 years latest but I need to do further tests to monitor and make sure there is no risk of cancer
You'd have to ask your dr that
That's a question for your doctor.
