Husband is obsessed with my bathroom schedule and keeps saying people in the military and truck drivers hold their pee in and fighting Everytime I go?

He also tries to monitor everything I eat and fights with me about something every time day or night I leave my office.

He said they made people hold it for twenty four hours in the army. I know for a fact they don't do that my uncle My best friend and cousins said they definitely were all in the army. He said his engineer ex boss used to not allow people to pee and follow employees to the bathroom and watch them pee which I said was illegal.

He is demanding I pee in a urinal. I said no way. which I can't do very well because I am a girl. He stands at my office door yelling about urine and pee and asking why I am going so much. I am on my period. I hope I don't get a bladder infection. He is really mean to me on my period. He hates periods. He has a fit if my tampons aren't wrapped right enough. or there is a drop of blood on the toilet.

I had a bad period and have to poop up blood clots. He tried to force me to hold my pee to train my bladder. He is staying in the bathroom for 45 minutes. Doing research.. I finally just burst into the bathroom and went because this is bs.

He is literally just sitting on the bathroom floor with a flashlight and a magnifying glass looking in the toilet. He keeps yelling about me getting diabetes from eating too much fruit and peanut butter and jelly. I told him he needs to take his ocd meds. Or I am done with this marriage.

I am trying to come up with an escape plan because I feel like I am in prison and feel unsafe. How do I escape? Safely? I don't feel I should have to deal with this.

He keeps yelling about pee. It is super embarrassing. the neighbors must think I am crazy and I should be able to placate him

He also opens and shuts the front door over and over and over and over because he is checking some thing. It's 9 degrees out. He says I guess I can't sit in my own living room
