Is it ur knees or tour legs or both they have a new product out now that will rebuild your cartridge. If it\n 's your legs to it could be your sugar intake. Or your diet? I have just found out that I can't eat tomatoes anymore. Otherwise, my legs swell up.

An ortho surgeon can give you injections and then send you to physical therapy. They will tell you at the time of the injection whether you will need surgery.

Surgery would be the only other option. You can try ice packs or heat or knee braces but those are much lower level treatments than physical therapy. The people who gave you the injections and physical therapy should have been able to go through all of these possibilities with you.

My mom had issues and got these injections every three months. It really helped her. Doctor has to do them though.
