I was at the buffet today and secretly watching the skinny people to learn what in their diet makes them skinny, and what I found strange is the skinny white people ate salad. While the skinny Asians ate pork ribs, breaded desserts, dumplings etc… Some of these super skinny Chinese people ate a meal that was 90% breaded foods, some of them had pork ribs, some of them ate over 3000 calories of fried foods, which led me to think, that your mental health, and emotional make up might impact how your body processes and digests food.
For example, a psychiatrist says 85% of obese people experienced traumatic abuse by care givers when they were children. There is evidence that women who are kissed daily, lose weight 40% quicker than other people. And some doctors say you are 40% more likely to have insulin resistance when you are lonely. You are also 50% more likely to be skinny in high school if you do volunteer work to help others, then people who do not do unpaid work to make the world a better place to live in.
