In my early 20s, I had lots of dreams. I was eating healthy, working out, always learning and improving, wanting to go to best places, having lots of money.

It is normal to lose interest in things you know are unachievable like being rich or being a genius. Most of us will never reach those goals that we may have set when we were much younger and full of dreams.
You are the only one to blame if you have changed your diet from eating healthy to eating junk food and you have to accept the consequences for your decision.
I don't know what you did in the past but it seems that your good resolutions have vanished like snow in the sun and that you find yourself now just reminiscing and being angry at yourself for not having had the strength of character to follow your dreams.
