That is a lie.
@msc545 this is public information that was released by a US government agency. They are so dangerous they need special indemnity laws. Thats how it works. thats why nobody used them before the 80s as the indemnity laws were not there.

Usually, when people settle lawsuits like this, they do it because they have calculated that it is cheaper to settle it than to fight it in court, and that is probably what happened here. Just because something like this is settled does not mean that the government admitted that it was wrong and that the plaintiffs, whoever they were, were correct.
@msc545 you do not sue the government. these people won. and yes compensation has been paid out for autism, epilepsy and narcolepsy from vaccines. that is what the indemnity laws are for.
People either sue the governments or they sue the manufacturers of these vaccines. The fact that the government subsidized the manufacturers by settling lawsuits doesn't prove anything.
@msc545 you do not sue governments. they have every law imaginable to make it impossible to sue them. Doctors are also impossible to sue. To win you gotta know what your doing. Yes people win a lot here. they are dangerous. What else has special indemnity laws?
