So many runners on my run this morning , way more than the usual. Is that the vibe in your city, too?

It's still really cold out and there's still snow. I wasn't expecting that many people.

It was very cold where I live too today.

I was wearing my winter gear, and I needed it.

I saw some runners today, but surprisingly not many.

I was out cycling with the club, and there was a cycling event taking place on the route we were taking.

I was expecting our group going over the finishing line first, and winning a cup or something, but it didn't happen 😄

It was raining after the morning breakfast stop, but I wore my cape that kept me warm and dry.

I returned in brilliant sunshine and probably received a suntan, so the day ended well 🙂

Love that. It was too windy and cold to bike today.. I hate biking when it's windy. I feel like I'm going to fall off. It's get warmer now too 😊

It's like 90 today so runners are out a little early. I try to get mine in super early before work but this city is mainly for bikers. We have such an extensive system of bike paths that it goes over 100 miles around town and yet they hog the regular roads anyway...

@criminallyinsane we have a similar problem where I live.
Money is spent on the cycle paths, but there is no money spent on maintenance of them, and the paths are usually covered with debris from fallen leaves, branches, and rubbish, unlike the roads that are cleaned regularly.
It's not surprising the cycle ways are not used.

@Sunrising They are very good here about keeping them in good shape, though leaves are not a problem, just sand haha. They actually do a better job with it than the roads for sure.
