How many miles?

These days I'm running 3 days a week on a 7.3 mile road course. Once the snow and ice is gone and things dry out a bit I'll still do three days a week but it will be either 7 miles or 13 miles on a trail system with either 1,000 or 2,000 feet of elevation gain.

when I was training for marathons I did a hard/ easy schedule, ran my long run on Sunday and took Monday off.

Currently, I run 3-4 times a week depending on the weather. I prefer to avoid the treadmill. I'll l be running more once the weather gets better.

Not everyday. I mix up my workouts. I do usually run on the indoor track vs the treadmill at our athletic center. I do 5-7 miles.
