Can't do without it
I've always been this way
The internet states the following about being cold when wanting to fall asleep:
"Feeling cold when falling asleep is primarily caused by a natural drop in core body temperature, which dips by 1–2°F (about 0.5°C-1°C) as part of the body's circadian rhythm to signal sleepiness. This drop in internal heat, often paired with reduced metabolism, lower energy levels, and a cooler environment, causes a "chilly" feeling, which often peaks around 2-4 am".
Perhaps you should get an additional blanket to cover your body to prevent that feeling that you are cold. Otherwise, a visit to the doctor's to see if your metabolism is off may be an answer to your problem.
Your body temperature will go down as everything settles down to sleep and even a small change can make you feel cold. It's better to sleep in a cooler room than warm, but you can put blankets on to stay warm.
im not sure about your health or room temperature but try wearing socks, a beanie to insulate heat and even add an additional blanket
It’s hot now what do you need hot bottles to sleep with and hold like a baby?
I know it sounds lame
My wife even says... I have no heat
Always freezing
I know
That's what's weird
