Why do my female coworkers single me out with slurs when I did nothing?

That sounds like workplace harassment. Have you spoken to management about it? Kept a log of incidents? If your employer knows and does nothing, they could be legally liable.

Ignore him. He is posting this shit for years (at least four different accounts so far). The guy is mentally ill (hearing voices) and is refusing mental health treatment. It's pointless.

Definitely something you should address with them. If you don’t feel comfortable being direct, totally fine, take it to HR or whoever the higher-up is. That’s toxicity in the workplace.
