The same as any normal male as far as the doctor is concerned if the plumbing is male you treat the plumbing appropriately. If it's a physical exam there will be no psychological element!

True, however the amount of breast tissue in cis men is minimal to the point that breast cancer is not a concern. Additionally, post op transwomen have both a vagina and a prostate (isually).

Coming to prostate exams, and checks of the sexual nature. Most professional doctors are MORE THAN comfortable with nudity, or anything obscene, so please feel free to approach an actual professional. They are trained to provide the most efficient medical care, that includes exposure to severe blood and gore, necrosis, diseases, corpses, etc. Far worse than your "physical"... And trans women are biologically male, so they already know what to expect!
