Is there a link between bipolar disorder and sex addiction, hyper sexuality and compulsive sex as part of mania or hypomania?

Not sure about specifically but I have ADHD and it’s well known that sex releases dopamine. I was diagnosed quite late in life and my psychiatrist explained that I am basically constantly searching for a dopamine hit. And it’s simply the reason I adore blowing my load all over my wife and anywhere in fact. Haha

You're a woman and I have to explain that to you?
The build up and all it entails essentially. Even the aftermath (the cuddling etc.) And then there's mid coitus. If the woman isn't feeling it, she ain't feeling it. And the guy could be doing everything right. In short, if she doesn't want to get off, she ain't going to.

A woman who's bi-polar isn't in her right mind sometimes so whatever would be normal for a woman sexually would get magnified to the extremes I would assume (either direction depending on whether it's a high or a low point).
