
How often do you exercise and what does your workout routine look like?


I exercise very often. For the most part, I perform daily fitness runs, which mostly consists of me going to the local park and running around the track daily. I typically run around the track four times without stopping before taking a break. I then sprint full speed around the track at least one time without stopping before taking another break. After my final break, I finish the day by speed training in the form of doing 100-yard dashes in sequence. Of course, before I begin running, I do my routine stretches and pushups before going to the track.
I run before work most mornings. I don't do a lot of stuff at the gym. Some stairs and lunges mostly for maybe a half hour. I don't want to get muscular but don't want to be too skinny and scrawny either so I do just enough to stay kinda small but not TOO small
Pretty much. I like being small. I just don't want to be skin and bones but I would feel less feminine if I got muscular at all
I used to do sports all my life... but since I can't find more people to keep up with it, I've started to work out recently... as recent as two weeks so, there's still adjusting timings and all that, but... basically, it goes like this
- "Interval Walking" almost every day
- Kick Boxing/Boxing & Rope Jumping/Skipping
- Calisthenics routines, there's a couple different ones
- Weights... which I call "Lego carry" lmao
and for now... I just one or two of these, almost every day but it'll just adjust itself over time
I workout 6 days a week usually. I was on the college swim team which involved early morning practice. Sometimes on the weekends or in the afternoon I like to go for a run. I don't do much with weights, just a lot of pushups, crunches, pullups etc. Mostly cardio.

I go twice or thrice a week. I have trainers who generally decide what to work on. Today though I wanted to work on a specific machine but we used it not as I intended as my trainer showed me so many things that can be done with it just as a stable piece of steel.
Then stretching at the end and he was a track star and he always ends that way. Each trainer has their own routines we go through. Much of the time we donβt actually use the machines but rather do things with stretch bands, stretching, so many cool ways to exercise.

So nope ; I keep myself nimble and humble with a good mint workout as they say "modern"
I usually do a 45 minute HIIT aerobic routing rotating through a bike, stair climber, elliptical trainer and an air rower. Then I do a 45 minute weight training workout. I try to get to the gym 5 days a week.
Usually 4-5 times a week. Sometimes everyday.
I usually run but now I'm back to biking also.

I run regularly at least Weekly 10 - 20k
Will swim lanes at the pool maybe once or twice a week 1000 meters
Resistance training a couple times a week. Chest, arms, core, lower back and legs
these days its more negotiating with my dog so i can use the yoga mat
3 or 4 times a week I do cardio and upper body work out like free weights and crutches.
I lift weights but not regularly do push ups and shuttles
Every day, nothing special, just regular exercise.
