Certainly not. I don't know where you got this fallacious idea from. Probably from the statistics of a porn site. I would change my mind if you can give me the link to a serious medical publication, a recognized national health organization (CDC, NIH, NHS) or any medical related trustworthy association. Not tabloids of course as their information is biased.
There are much better activities that train more muscles than this little wiener. You can get much better overall results with CrossFit, jogging, hiking, triathlon and the like.
Lying down on a bed and moaning for a few minutes is certainly not going to give the best workout or exercise.

No. Sex is not exercise. Instead, sex is the best activity for physical pleasure. Actual exercise is meant to be physical hard work that hurts and makes you sore, which is the opposite of what sex is supposed to be.

  Not counting foreplay. Stats say the average man lasts between 2-7 minutes of penetrative sex. The average is 5 minutes. We all know 2-7 minutes isn't much of a work out.

I've never heard of anyone getting into peak physical condition by having lots and lots of sex.

While it's probably a great workout and I always seem to lose weight after sex lol it's not the best in my opinion. That would be HIIT workouts and strength training.
