First the ship was going to be quarantined in the Canary Islands, now Americans on board have been sent to Nebraska for treatment. First the CDC said it is hard to transmit the disease, now they say that we should watch out for symptoms. I am waiting for Dr. Fauci to emerge any minute and say that we need 2 weeks to flatten the curve,

Next we will have mail in ballots again.

The Hantavirus is getting about equal coverage on every political side without any particular messaging other than it being much worse than it actuallt is. So it isn't being politically pushed by anyone.

If we are being realistic this is news media wanting their Covid viewership back. They were all doing amazing on numbers during covid and financially if this was round two it would be great for them.

In reality Hantavirus is only viral on news. In reality you can relax, this will not have any societal impact.

If democrats did want to push the narrative the topic would be USA withdrawing from the World Health Organization, WHO in January this year. The notion that the President who was in charge during Covid withdraws from WHO, which saved millions of lives, is insane and definitely a talking point. But democrats get new ammunition every week so they don't really need to connect two dots to make one.

Anyway. Hantavirus isn't a scary thing. You can all relax as long as you are not cuddling the three or so infected people skin to skin. This is the news wanting views not a political thing.
