Once I was very bad. Threw up from both ends at the same time.

I didn't know whether to sit on the dunny and throw up on the bathroom floor or throw up in the dunny and crap on the floor.

Technically I didn't think I actually had it before calling my mom. As a GI doctor, she knows food poisoning, at least what happens when you get it. Having eaten a burger shortly before is what convinced her.

Twice. Once mushroom poisoning from an Asian restaurant and the other time it was my own dumb fault. I have been extra-careful since then. 😤
