I have never experienced depression, no matter what happened, but I understand that many people go through it in very different ways. Living with depression can feel like carrying a constant heaviness that doesn’t fully go away. For some people it looks like low energy, loss of interest in things they used to enjoy, difficulty focusing, changes in sleep or appetite, and a general sense of emptiness or exhaustion. For others, it’s more like emotional numbness or feeling disconnected from life rather than intense sadness all the time. Coping usually involves a combination of things like therapy, lifestyle changes (sleep, movement, routine), support from others, and learning ways to manage negative thought patterns.
Even if I haven’t felt it myself, I can still respect how real and serious it is for those who do.
I had it before... as a child
it's not good... I don't recommend it, lol
3 stars out of 10...
I've been sad but not to the point of depression.
I try to always be grateful and force myself to keep moving even if I don't want to.
