    I put myself into situations where I'm not comfortable and there are no obvious solutions. Do that a few hundred times and you become hard to rattle. Fail a bunch of times and you find out the world generally doesn't end. You learn that you can handle just about anything. People who never venture out of their comfort zone never learn their limits.

    There's a quote from a T. H. White novel "The Once and Future King". Merlyn says: "the best thing for being sad is to learn something. That's the only thing that never fails... Learn why the world wags and what wags it."
    So I will learn a new bass line, look up how to fix some small thing around the house that's been nagging me, or maybe just learn something that's mostly useless by watching a video on soe=me subject I like. Gives a little boost.

    To boost your confidence, you gotta have success. Having success is very easy, just set yourself goals you can achieve. Then set yourself successively more difficult goals untill you fail. When you fail, dial the difficulty back a bit and rinse and repeat. That's how you'll farm success and that will foster confidence.

    Go on dating apps, wait for a woman to message you and then ignore her. If you don't respond she can't reject you and you keep all the power for yourself.😆👍 Because that is largely what dating is today. No one actually wants to be with anyone it's all about how much you control of the other person.👍
