Can positive videos and uplifting content genuinely improve heart health?

So to improve my heart, I have been listening to jokes, and watching animal videos, pastoral tv programming, listening to religious music, and watching positive people vlog their lives, such as yacht chefs, Beverly hill chefs, surgeons, mental health doctors, nutritionists, social skills teachers, psychologists, computer design managers, artists, sculpture makers, etc… I feel this is very good for my heart.

Can positive videos and uplifting content genuinely improve heart health?
