Is the body positivity movement actually setting up people to live happy and fulfilling lives?

Suggesting the contrary seems silly, considering it encourages "positivity." But when we look at "positivity" more so as "acceptance" (which some explicitly proclaim it as), what is the likelihood that the acceptance of larger physicality, and thus, an indesire to change that quality, results in a happy and fulfilling life?

Would the quality of physical aspects of their life be hampered? Like hobbies, or even menial tasks like grocery shopping or yard work?

What percentage of the time will these people find a spouse who is physically attracted to them?

What is the impact on the quality of life for these individuals?
