
Which leg workouts are better for building strength and size?


I do squats and use leg press as well as the rowing machine at top resistance. I don't know about building bulk, bc that's not my goal, but strength and flexibility are on point.
Playing drums with lots of double bass-drumming and walking several miles at least once a week.

Squats (back and front), Romanian deadlifts, conventional deadlifts, leg press, walking lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and hip thrusts are your best friends.
Train legs 1–2 times per week, 3–5 sets of 5–10 reps, adding weight over time, with controlled tempo and full range of motion, plus good sleep and protein.
