For people who have sinus issues do any of you experience hearing issues too?

I have had a slight hearing loss in my right ear for the last 7 months. I had a CT scan near the start, which my doctor confirmed was really bad sinusitis (her actual words). My right side of my face is full of mucus, so my left ear sounds louder than my right. I have had days where it's not too bad, but unfortunately most of the time it's been bad. I wanted to know if anyone else who has sinus issues also struggles with hearing issues too. I'm going to see an ENT on Monday to hopefully find a solution.

there were a few weeks when my posture was so imbalanced between right and left sides, the neck muslces on one side pulled the skull enough to move the bone by the ear to severely reduce hearing, and the sphenoid moves in such cases too so i also had partially obstructed nose on that side even though no mucus was present.

One tube connects your ear, nose and throat, so one problem is any of those areas can affect that tube and make it swollen and it could mostly be shut on one side because of the swelling, so that makes sense.
