Why dont people silently FEEL THE FEELING OUT until the body naturally sees no more need for it?

Why do 99% of techniques out there repress our adrenaline one way or another? Designed to fail for repeat customers? Chronic stress industry?

And yes, stalkers too. Have a crush, ask her out, get rejected, then sit and feel it the sadness, sadness is beneficial as hell. The body has a finite amount of resources and does an amazing job keeping a balance until your intellect disrupts it. Your body will compensate with a terrific relaxation once you're done being sad.

Ruminating, whining, are not forms of feeling it out. They intellectualize and create ideas about events. Ruminating is the polar opposite of feeling it out. Sucking it out of the soul into the cold mineral intellect.

When you tell someone not to cry about it... what do they do? They either think about it, or they act about it, often chronically storing in the muscles causing bad posture.

Feelings are the only harmless exhaust pipe, and yes, they strengthen the soul and elevate moral intuition.
