Have you ever experienced psychosis, and how did you cope afterward?

I did experience a psychosis last year due to lack of sleep and the medication Olanzapine saved my life. Later i have been diagnosed with bipolar. I sometimes feel guilt about the things I did during psychosis. But i am happy that i am healed

Yeah. It was the combination of cannabis and alcohol. Never again.
Worst part is that I was able to acknowledge that my thought pattern was not normal during the time and I even vocally expressed it, but I was semi-"trapped" in a loop of it.
It was like I was observing what was happening to me and questioning it, yet not being able to stop the thoughts.
I coped by going home and waiting for it to be over.

Yeap. And I avoid the triggers as best as I can. If I can't, I need to be removed before I lash out, or left alone until I'm done
