As strange as it may sound, whilst we were all living at home, both my two elder sisters and I would have our periods within a matter of days of each other.
Upon leaving home for uni, work and then getting married, we now get them at all different times of the month... Now how weird is that?

It goes wayyyyyy.
Wayyyy back , when the Alpha Male came back to his tribe he would always Fck 5 - 7 women , their bodies modified so they all had their period when he was away , that way when he came back the tribe was fertile and ready to give birth , evolution and strength.

It's the same principle with good friends , you can NEVER beat biology.
Simple.

What happens is that each of you exudes a bit of hormones during your period and the others unknowingly pick up on that through the nose and, over time, it causes all of you to sync up and have your periods at roughly the same time. It also happens for women that spend a lot of time together at work.

there must be some science behind it.
same a couples heart beat becomes same, (all because of sleeping together)
Period might have something to do with , same diet, mood, and further more.
