Is it normal to yell at my screen or texts when people annoy me?

When I am watching videos or text people, and they piss me off, I shout at them even though they can't hear me as if I was next to them. It calms me down lol. But I do it a lot.

Absolutely normal. I’m convinced that they can feel the vibrations of the yells on the other end. Plus for me…. It lets the blood pressure drop just enough that I don’t write a text with so much venom and hate…. And then accidentally send it to the wrong person (yep, I did that)

Lmfao. I usually do that while watching sports, on my TV or phone. It's not like the officials or players can hear me, but I feel better after.
