When I stand up, I don't, but I do have belly rolls that only appear when I sit down. I don't like the look of them, so I have been trying to fix my posture. I heard that bad posture might give belly rolls. I hope it is not true.

I'm working to get my 6 pack back , it doesn't roll over , but a layer of skin there that I really dislike..
Cutting and deficit constantly , and working hard
With abbs , we talk of standing and sitting abbs , if you have sitting abbs you are ripped , I love that look on anyone personally..
Time to do ab rotations, sit ups, and back extension exercises. Start the exercises for a couple of months, then make slow dietary changes.
I do not. I am naturally slender in most places that count. I am also young still and have a high metabolism. I wonder how I will look back upon that statement in say 20 years haha.
When I stand up not at all, it is flat, when I sit I have a little roll-thingy, I don't mind it though lol
