Do you work out at home or go to a gym?

I managed to turn part of my garage into a gym so I get to exercize at home.

I feel like my job is my exercise. Im tiny and had a lot of trouble keeping any weight. I gained like 20 pounds after i started working my current place (im in a manufacturing facility) but its like an even amount of muscle and whatever else lol. For a little while i had kinda a belly on me to the point a coworker swore i was pregnant (smh). I have to do a lot of pushing and pulling through the day so my arms and legs are into it but on purpose i tighten up my abs to add to it. Its definitely helped

We have a gym at home that is gathering dust. I only go to the local gym to swim.

I did the part gym garage a few years ago. Did it a couple of times then stopped after the first winter

At the gym. Sometimes at the beach. Never at home, don't have the space for that.

I run outside most mornings or go for lap swims at the gym
