Skin problems. Please tell me this can be fixed :(
thanks for the help :)
Fluocinonide is a prescription creme that works wonders on Eczema. Takes the itch and swelling out in around 2-3 days. Talk to your doctor.
Also, exfoliating is a great feeling and will make your skin squeaky clean. You're going to have to trust me on this - get a Salux Japanese Wash Cloth. They're friggin AMAZING. They're made of a nylon polyester mesh that's rough. The air pockets between the fibers makes the soap or body wash you use lather like crazy. And, the cloths are really long, so you can scrub your back really easily. Finally, they're cheap. It takes about 2-3 days before your body gets used to the sensation, but afterward you won't feel clean without one. I use mine with a bar of Dr Bronner's Peppermint Soap and it makes my morning shower one of the best parts of my day.

Glad I could help :) I'm telling you, those Salux cloths are so great. Consider getting 2 for $10 or 4 for $16 because you'll want to turn others on to them. They last forever. The Japanese have turned bathing into an art, and these cloths are commonplace in Japan. I know I sound like a freaky fanboy, but once in a long while I find something that's just revolutionary.
Drink water and consume foods that are rich in vitamin E.
Vitamin E helps improve skin health.
Lots of vitamin E, and I like the results I've gotten with oil-free moisturizer - year round, in fact. When the weather warms up, I get oily. When it cools off, I get dry and flaky. I also apply astringent after using my moisturizer. In the summer, I use the astringent morning and night. During the winter I just use it in the morning.
Rosebud balm is wonderful for skin problems, I've found. I don't know if it would help your eczema any, but it might.
I don't know what you think of cut-out suits (at first, everything I saw looked ridiculous), but that might help with the trouble of wearing a bikini when your skin doesn't want to behave, and I've recently seen a lot of suits that actually look pretty nice.
You can use a cream that's called CeraVe for your dry skin, its dermatologist recommended. You can buy it at drugstores, it's only 14 dollars.
