Girls, can any of you help me figure out this skin condition?

i have bad dermatillomania problems with my breasts. Would anyone know any skin conditions that would affect the area around the areola where there are small hard bumps (sometimes inverted) that when squeezed give out a hard white lump or sometimes a white liquid? I've been having this issue for the past few years and my skin picking has got so bad that im covered in scars. Im not sure how to bring this up to a GP. TIA

The breast are a pretty neat part of human anatomy. Constant squeezing of the nipple can and does cause a discharge of fluid from the nipple. This is referred to as physiological discharge because it does not happen without you messing with it. Also those little bumps around your areola serve a purpose and that is to lubricate the baby's mouth and the skin around the areola. My recommendation is that you get help for your picking.
