So I offered we could work out together everyday and lose weight together
Now we may eat similar but I've always done sport, while she has done nothing. I thought running was thing to start but she could only go through with it for about 20 min.
So what is good workouts for beginners? I though about swimming, water polo or surfing, be she doesn't want to be seen in bathing suit.
We go to USC, so there's a beach in the area and mountains are not that far either. Any suggestions for good beginner workouts?
Our college also has a lot of great clubs but she doesn't want to go, because she's afraid to embarrass herself.
Quite obviously she's very insecure too, so is there anything I can do to help her with that? So maybe she will go to one of those clubs and it will make it easier for her
