What is the best place to eat in New York city and state?

Up in Rochester they have so many good places to eat. One of my favorites is a candy shop called Park Leigh, it's a kind of boutique but it's really cool.

I don't know about best place...but there are great places.

I enjoy going to Olive garden, Red lobster, and Bubba shrimp.

Island Burger on 9th Ave or La Luncheonette on 10th and 18th
