Indian might be my favorite but I have not found a good restaurant where I just moved to. I like Rogan Josh, Chole, and I love naan-I am also addicted to all the other Ethnic foods you mentioned. My favorite to make is chicken cacciotore, eggrolls, Chile Rellenos, Chile Verde is great to make also. I have yet to make any Thai food and would love to learn some good recipes.
