Eating chicken (almost) regularly as a part of a weight-loss plan?

Does eating chicken regularly (as in 4-6 days a week), make you gain or lose weight? Is there any harm in eating so much chicken?

I'm eating chicken like crazy these days, as a part of a weight loss diet along with veggies and fruits, of course, and RARELY eating junk food and chips (maybe a handful every 3-4 days). I'm minimizing my intake of rice and other forms of carbs to reduce bloating in my face and body.

I've heard from many nutritionists that chicken is a very good source of protein and it's a great way to lose weight and get toned...
