Feeling dizzy and lightheaded?

hey guys. I feel dizzy and lightheaded everyday now for about a week. I work out A LOT. I run, lift weights, and all that but I do a lot if it. however I still drink a lot of soda and eat junk food. I was wondering if that could contribute to my feelings of dizziness. I mean I lose a lot of stuff through sweating and I probably don't take anything in with all the junk food. please help me. and don't say go to the doctor Because I don't have a doctor neither do I have insurance. thanks
