Diet ideas for a teen

I'm not asking for anybody saying" you don't need to be worried about this when you have school" or any other patronizing thing of the sort. I went to my neurologist 2 days ago and my weight came out to be 66 or 68kgs(I can't remember)but I couldn't see it in pounds because it didn't work. So today in anatomy I decided to try and figure it out and it came out to approx 145lbs. I think this is crazy. People didn't believe me when I told them because supposedly I look skinny. Either way,I wanna lose the weight and go back to the way I was in 10th grade when I was 120lbs and fit. So are there any diet plans or work out ideas that I could do?
